1. 7-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, with no reason required, provided it is in its original condition with the outer seal intact, and accompanied by its box and accessories.
The full product price is refunded; only the shipping cost (delivery + return) for that product is deducted.
2. Exclusions
- The original seal has been broken or the product has been used, making it impossible to restore it to its original condition.
- A personal difference in scent perception or longevity from expectations after use, as this is a matter of personal judgment. For this reason, we include a free sample with every product so you can try the scent before opening the full-size perfume.
3. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Within 7 days of receipt, you may request an exchange or a full refund if the product arrives broken, leaking, different from what you ordered, with a broken seal, or with a manufacturing defect.
In these cases, the full amount is refunded including shipping fees, and Aroma Notes covers all return costs. Please report the issue as soon as possible with supporting photos.
4. Return Process

- Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- We respond within 24 business hours and arrange pickup of the shipment.
- The product is inspected within three business days of arrival, and you will be notified of the result.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, in line with payment network rules:
- Bank cards: within 7–14 business days, per the issuing bank’s procedures.
- InstaPay & e-wallets: within 3–5 business days.
- Cash on delivery: transferred to the account or wallet specified by the customer within 5–7 business days.
At the customer’s choice, the amount may instead be credited as store credit, activated immediately upon approval.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping. (If the cancel-order option disappears, the order has already been shipped.)
After shipping, cancellation is subject to the return terms above.
