Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within 24–48 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the next business day. We contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before shipping.

We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, except North Sinai.
Payment Methods
- Online payment via Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, and InstaPay through a secure, licensed payment gateway.
- Cash on delivery (fees may apply — see checkout).
For the North Coast, Sharm El-Sheikh, and New Valley, only prepaid online payment is accepted.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment leaves. The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails for a reason attributable to the customer (e.g., an inaccurate address or being unreachable), the shipment is returned to us, and a new shipping fee applies if the order is re-shipped.
Packaging
Each order is packed in multiple layers of protective wrapping inside a dedicated carton, sealed with a security sticker. Every order’s packaging is photographed before handover to the courier.
Given the nature of perfumes, shipments arrive sealed and are not opened in front of the delivery agent. We recommend recording a continuous unboxing video to help resolve any issues quickly.
